We charge your card at checkout. If you're among our first buyers, production hasn't begun — we're validating demand before committing to a run. If we don't hit the minimum to proceed, you will receive a full refund with no action required from you.

The Lastmile runs true to UK size. If you are between sizes, order up. The footbed will compress slightly over the first few weeks and settle to your foot.

We stock UK 6 through UK 11. A sizing table is available on the shop page.

We're in the demand-validation phase. Once we confirm a production run, we'll email you with a dispatch date. Estimated delivery is 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on your pin code.

We'll keep you updated by email at every stage. You will not be left guessing.

Not at launch. India only for the first run. International shipping is on the list, but we aren't confirming a timeline yet.

Yes. 10 days from receipt. If the slides arrive damaged, in the wrong size, or not as described — contact us with your order reference and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund within 5 working days.

The natural latex footbed is soft but not floppy. It has some give on first wear and conforms further over 2–3 weeks of use. Most people find them comfortable from the first step. A few find the initial firmness noticeable for the first few days.

If you're used to thick foam slides, these will feel different — denser and quieter.

Two materials. Footbed cut from natural latex sheet. Midsole from a single slab of IMEVA. Heat-laminated together. Hand-trimmed and inspected at the unit before boxing.
