001 Eligible returns
When we refund
You are eligible for a full refund for any reason within 10 days of receipt, provided the pair is unworn. Wrong size, changed your mind, doesn't suit you — all accepted. No justification required.
Contact us within 10 days of receipt with your order reference. We will arrange the return and process the refund within 5 working days of receiving the pair back.
002 Production refunds
If we don't proceed
If BRACKET does not reach the minimum demand needed to begin production, every outstanding order will be refunded in full — to the original payment method, automatically. We'll notify you by email as soon as this decision is made.
No action is required from you. You will not need to chase a refund.
003 What we don't cover
Exclusions
Normal wear is not a defect. The natural latex footbed will compress slightly over months of use — this is by design and is not eligible for return. The pair must be unworn to qualify for a return.
